Description
The EASY-OT assesses developmental tasks that relate to school skills: fine and gross motor, visual perception, visual-motor, sensory processing, self-help, and vocational/life skills.
Administration and Scoring
Grade-related forms are provided on which to record other test results, observations by teachers and parents (if desired), and vocational/life skills. A separate form is provided for students who are low-functioning due to autism, severe or profound cognitive disabilities, or physical disabilities. Each version (except for the low-functioning version) has a section for classroom observations. The Screening Form and Annual Report Form assist in IEP planning and determining eligibility for services. All forms are contained on an unlimited-use CD; the EASY-OT can be completed manually or on a PC.
