In order to empower disadvantaged and other children to think, to communicate, and to achieve, we must develop their vocabularies as early and as fully as possible. The VIP book provides carefully selected English and Spanish thematic picture-words which range in difficulty from early preschool years through advanced sixth grade levels. VIP can be used directly by teachers and parents for enhancing the vocabularies of both English and Spanish speaking preschool and school-aged children.
